Roasty toasty broiled asparagus

Want the most delicious way to give yourself stinky pee?  Broiled asparagus is the way to go.  Asparagus season is so short, and I try to enjoy every second of it.  This method guarantees a tasty dish, and better yet, it takes less than 15 minutes to put together.

Broiled Asparagus
-Asparagus (duh)
-1 to 2 tblsp of olive oil
-1 tblsp McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning (we get it at Costco and use it on everything)

1) Put the oven rack as high as it can go, and set your oven to broil.

2) Hold one stalk of asparagus, and try to snap the end off.  Where it snaps is the natural breaking point.  I then cut all the ends off at about the same point.

3) Put the asparagus on a baking sheet, and drizzle with olive oil, and then the steak seasoning.  Use a spatula or wooden spoon to "toss" the stalks to combine the olive oil and seasoning.

4) Broil until the tips are crispy, and the stalks are sizzling.  It typically takes about 7-10 minutes depending on the width of the stalks.

Pair with any side dish.  Or, if you are like my sister and I, just stand in the kitchen over the pan and eat them straight from the oven.

You know, hypothetically.
